Tele-Mix Pugmill P2000T
The Tele-Mix Pugmill P2000T, is a game changer in our machinery team. Shipped all the way from Ireland in November 2022, this incredible piece of equipment is one of only three in Australia, making Swan Earthmovers a specialist in producing top-quality pugged material.

What exactly is Pugging?

The P2000T is loaded with 20mm crushed rock, it then runs up a conveyor belt where it gets mixed with water, creating what we call ‘pugged material’. Pugged material should be moist enough that when you squeeze it in your hand, it sticks together.

Why Pugged Material?

Unlike traditional methods that require multiple rounds of rolling, wetting and grading, pugged material simplifies the process. Once laid, it only needs to be rolled once or twice, saving both time and effort.
